






All lesson payments need to be cash or check made payable to the individual instructor.
Lesson fees must be paid in advance.
Fees must be paid the last week of the month for the
following month’s lessons.
No lesson will be given if tuition is not prepaid.
Consistent attendance is vital to success.
With this in mind, please be
punctual and attend all scheduled lessons.
Each student may take three (3) vacation days per calendar year.
These days may be used as
needed for vacation or other pre-arranged obligations.
All other absences need to be
made up. Any absences that
are not made up are unexcused.
Each student must give at least
24 hours notice if they will
be absent otherwise the lesson is unexcused.
In the event that you are
unable to be at a scheduled lesson, please call the teacher and a
make up lesson will be scheduled.
After two consecutive unexcused absences, you will be dropped from
the schedule. Any unused
tuition will be forfeited.
If lessons are terminated by the parent(s) with at least two (2)
weeks notice, unused tuition will be refunded.
If lessons are terminated
without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
If the teacher is absent, tuition will either be carried forward or
a makeup lesson will be scheduled. This
decision is left up to the teacher.
Bristol Grove Music will be closed for the following holidays: New
Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
We will be open on all other days except Sunday.
Students arriving for a lesson must check in at the front desk.
All students under 16 years old must wait at the end of a lesson to
be picked up by a parent or responsible adult.
Any music books needed for a lesson must be purchased before the
lesson. No books
or merchandise are to be removed from the store until they
are paid for.
Parents are welcome to sit in on any lessons.
Questions concerning student
progress are always encouraged.
